UC San Diego Libraries - UX Audit
Mar. - Jun. 2019

Fi @ UCSD is a student-run user experience agency, aimed at connecting aspiring design students to industry projects that would help them learn and grow their skills in design work.

As a UX Researcher for the team, I was assigned to one of our first ever clients, the UC San Diego Libraries. Our project was to run an audit on the current user experience of the Libraries website as part of the Geisel Library Revitalization Initiative (GLRI), aimed at empowering users to engage with the various help services that the Libraries provides in both physical and online spaces.

My contributions to the final deliverables were done to help the client better understand how users interact with the current iteration of the Libraries website. This includes conducting online and in-person user interviews, competitive analysis of direct and indirect competitors, user persona creation, and pain point identification.
